1. Modes of Service Delivery

Guru Nanak Associates provides consultation and guidance services through the following modes:

  • In-person at our Greater Noida office — GH-8, T-8-402, Unitech Cascades, Sector-PI-2, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201308.
  • Phone call — consultation delivered via a regular phone call on a mutually agreed time.
  • Video call — consultation delivered via a secure video calling platform such as Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video.
  • WhatsApp — consultation delivered through audio or video calls or, in some cases, written exchange via WhatsApp messages.

You may choose the mode most convenient for you when booking.

2. Booking Process

  1. Submit an enquiry via our website form, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  2. We will contact you within [CONFIRM WITH CLIENT — e.g., 1 business day] to confirm availability and discuss your requirements.
  3. Once a suitable time and mode are agreed, we will share a confirmation with the appointment details.

3. Service Delivery Timeline

Once a consultation is booked:

4. Consultation Duration

5. Information Required Before Consultation

To provide accurate analysis, we may request:

  • For astrology readings: exact date, time, and place of birth.
  • For Vastu consultation: a floor plan with directional markings (north, south, east, west), and photographs where helpful.
  • For Kundli Milan / marriage matching: birth details for both individuals.
  • For Numerology: full name as on official documents and date of birth.

Sharing accurate information helps us provide the most useful guidance.

6. Post-Consultation Support

After your consultation, you may have follow-up questions related to what was discussed. We are happy to clarify brief points via WhatsApp or email. Substantive new topics may require an additional appointment.

7. Puja & Remedy Bookings

If you book a puja or remedial ritual through us, we will coordinate with qualified pandits and arrange the necessary items. Specific puja arrangements and timelines will be discussed at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.
