Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are accessing services on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and accept these terms on their behalf.

4. Booking and Consultation Process

Consultations can be booked via our website enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone call, or email. Once an enquiry is received, we will contact you to confirm a suitable date and time. The consultation will be delivered via one of the following modes: in-person at our Greater Noida office, phone call, video call, or WhatsApp.

5. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete birth details (date, time, and place of birth) and any other information relevant to your consultation. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality of the analysis provided. We are not liable for any outcomes arising from incorrect information provided by you.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, result, or event. Our services provide guidance and analysis based on traditional systems, and interpretations are subjective. Any actions or decisions you take based on our guidance are entirely your own responsibility. Past performance or client experiences are not indicative of future results for any individual.

7. User Responsibilities

• You will not engage in harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour during any consultation or communication.
• You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions based on any guidance received.
