1. Cancellation Notice

2. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend at the scheduled time, we are happy to reschedule your consultation to a later date and time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least [CONFIRM WITH CLIENT] in advance of your appointment.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellation with adequate notice: If you cancel at least [CONFIRM WITH CLIENT] before the scheduled consultation, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
